We get a large number of requests from people who wish to organise a fundraising event for The Lewis Foundation but they don’t always know how or where to start. Alternatively, you may already have your idea and just need some materials and support.
At the bottom of this screen you can download items such as posters and sponsorship forms that will help you with your fundraising. Also below, you will find a resources section that gives you information on what we can provide to help support your fundraising events.
There are no real right and wrongs when it comes to raising funds for The Lewis Foundation. However, we do ask it is legal!
We will however, highlight a few areas which need a little more consideration than others.
If you would like to request a representative from The Lewis Foundation to come along to your event, it is vital that we are given as much notice as possible. Ideally we require a minimum of 4 weeks notice to be able to attend. We can bring along our fundraising and awareness stall to your event. We are also happy to speak at your event about what we do to.

We have different size charity tubs ideal for shop counters or big buckets for bucket shakes.
We have a variety of posters including: Who is The Lewis Foundation, our wish list and specific event posters. These are available on request and we can print up to A3.
We have are newsletters, wish list and event leaflets available on request.
Pop Up Banner
We have pop up banners available to borrow for collection so you can spread awareness at your event.
If you need volunteers for your event we can help out. We will require at least 4 weeks notice. We can also use our social media and website to help spread the word to get you volunteers.
