To say this year has been a challenge for us all is an understatement.
As we come towards the end of 2020, we wanted to create an event that was not only about raising money for our cause but also be an opportunity to remember and celebrate others.
That is why we have come up with our virtual event the Lap of Honour.
What is the Lap of Honour?
This is an event to remember, support and thank people we care about.
What do I need to do?
The aim is for you to do a lap of any distance, wherever you like and however you would like to do it. Once you have done it, nominate 2 other people to take part!
This makes it achievable for anyone who wants to get involved.
Examples of the lap you could do:
A lap of your garden
A hospital ward
Examples of how you can do the lap:
You are doing the lap to:
Remember someone who has passed away.
Support someone going through a difficult time.
Thank someone who has been there for you.
