About the Event
This session will be hosted by Phiona, who is women's wellness practitioner based in Northampton. Her practice is focused on Womb therapy , Reflexology & Wellness gatherings to inspire generational self care and well being through traditional healings.
WHAT TO EXPECT-
Gentle yoga session to warm up the body followed by a crystal bowls to aid relaxation and sooth the mind. The session will end the session with silence allowing the body to fully absorb the vibrations.
Light refreshments to follow after.
