Every year in the month of December, we surprise adults who have been diagnosed with cancer with one of our festive food hampers.

These are kindly funded by individuals and businesses who want to give back this Christmas.

Without these donations we would not be able to provide this gift to individuals and their families this Christmas.

Now we need your nominations!

If you know someone who has been diagnosed with cancer (18+) who you would love us to surprise with one of our Christmas Hampers, then please make your nomination via this page. They must be based within the area our charity supports: Northamptonshire/Leicestershire/Bedford/Luton/Cambridge/Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire/Chesterfield/Milton Keynes/Cambridge/Stoke On Trent. Any nominations outside these areas will not be accepted.

Email nominations, Direct Message through social media or direct to members of The Lewis Foundation will not be accepted.

All nominations must be received by Monday 27th November 2023 at 23:59pm to be accepted.

We have a set number of hampers to give away, so we cannot guarantee everyone who makes a nomination will receive one. This is why it is important to provide as much information as possible as to why the person you are nominating should receive the hamper.

We also cannot give a cash as an alternative instead of a hamper.
