Yoga and relaxation class for people with cancer

Join this inclusive, supportive yoga session to gently ease tension in the body and calm the busy mind.

The class is designed for all levels, including complete beginners and all body shapes and sizes welcome.

The class will be small and tailor made to offer individual support and assistance.

The session will finish with a guided meditation called yoga nidra, which is very helpful to aid deep rest, relaxation and aid sleep.

The class will be taught by Emma Kelly, a qualified yoga teacher of 10 years and student of 18.
