Hi my name is Phiona, I am a Women's wellness practitioner based in Northampton. My practice is focused on Womb therapy , Reflexology & Wellness gatherings to inspire generational self care and well being through traditional healings.   WHAT TO EXPECT-

The session will start with gentle movement to warm up the body releasing  stress and tension followed by a crystal bowls to aid relaxation and sooth the mind we will end the session with silence allowing the body to fully absorb the vibrations.
