Finishing the week delivering our gifts to adult cancer patients Leicester's Hospitals - Leicester Royal Infirmary.
We have received so many beautiful photos and messages from patients and hospital staff about how our gifts are helping to make a difference This is why we love to do what we do.
We were also able to provide our gifts to oncology patients Northampton General Hospital.
In total 240 gifts made their way to both hospitals.
Never forget you can change someone's entire day with a small act of kindness.
